Skills

A skill is a qualification — a barista license, a forklift cert, a CPR card. Skills attach to people and can be required by positions.

Skills are half of the skills & coverage feature, together with the coverage grid. It is part of the Plus and Pro plans: on Core the sidebar entries are missing, and opening one of the pages by its address lands on the upgrade page rather than a 404.
