How to bulk-select shifts in the list#

For: Manager You’ll need: A shift list with at least one row.

Select shifts row by row, the whole page at once, or every shift that matches the current filter.

Select one row at a time#

  1. Tick the checkbox at the start of each row.

Select every shift on the page#

  1. Tick the checkbox in the column header.

Every row currently visible on this page is selected.

Select every shift matching the filter#

  1. After ticking the page header checkbox, click ‘Select all matching’ in the prompt that appears.

The selection now spans every page of the current filter — the count in the toolbar reflects the total, not just this page’s worth.

Verify it worked#

Every selected row’s checkbox is ticked, and the toolbar shows the total selection count.
