How to view and filter leave requests#
For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Nothing.
You’ll find the queue of leave requests, narrow it to what you care about, and learn what each status badge means.
Open the leave requests list#
In the header, go to Company → Leave requests.
The list shows one row per request with the requester, leave policy, dates, hours, and a status badge.
Tap More in the bottom bar.
Tap Manager.
Tap Leave requests.
The queue shows one row per request with the employee’s name, the dates, the leave type and duration, and a status badge. Pull down to refresh; scroll to the bottom to load older requests. When there’s nothing waiting on you, the screen reads ‘Nothing to review’.
Read the status badges#
Badge |
Meaning |
|---|---|
‘Pending’ |
Submitted by the worker, waiting for a manager to review. |
‘Confirmed’ |
Approved. Hours have been booked; the calendar event exists. |
‘Declined’ |
Rejected. No hours moved, no calendar event. |
‘Revoked’ |
Previously confirmed, then reversed. The booking is undone. |
Filter, sort, choose columns#
Use the filter controls above the table to narrow by status, person, location, leave policy, or date range.
Click any column header to sort.
Click the columns control to show or hide fields like reviewer, reviewed-at, and admin notes.
The list remembers your filters, sort order, and column choices between visits.
The mobile review queue has no filters, sorting, or column picker — it’s a single ordered list of the requests that need your attention. Use the web app when you need to slice the queue by person, location, or policy.
Verify it worked#
The row count above the table updates as filters apply. ‘Pending’ requests usually sit at the top of the default sort because they’re the ones needing action.
Tip
The fastest review loop: filter to ‘Pending’, sort by oldest first, and work top-to-bottom. Open each row in a new tab if you want to keep the list in view.
