How to view your availability overview#
For: Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.
The overview tab summarises your availability in three sections.
Open it#
Go to Planning → My availability in the header.
The ‘Overview’ tab is selected by default.
Tap More in the bottom bar.
Tap ‘Availability’.
There’s no tab to pick — the app has one availability page, and it’s this overview. Pull down to refresh.
What you see#
- Recurring availability
Your full history of recurring availability rules — every weekly / monthly pattern you’ve set.
- One-time availability
One-off availability windows from the last 30 days.
- Unavailable / leave
Any unavailable blocks and approved or pending leave from the last 30 days.
The page opens with what’s coming, then lists your blocks by kind.
- Upcoming in the next N days
Your availability as it actually falls on the calendar — recurring patterns expanded onto their real dates. Tap a one-time or unavailable row to open the block behind it; a recurring row isn’t tappable, because you edit the pattern, not one instance of it.
- Recurring
Your recurring rules, each titled by its pattern (“Every 2 weeks on Mon, Wed · until Jun 1, 2026”) with its clock hours beneath.
- One-time
Your one-off availability windows, each titled by its full span so an overnight block names both days.
- Unavailable
Your unavailable blocks and every leave-typed block — ‘Vacation’, ‘Sick’, ‘Unpaid’ and the rest — with the specific type on the second line.
Tap any block to open its detail. Times render in your own timezone setting.
Verify it worked#
Each section shows a list of blocks (or “Nothing yet” if empty).
