Multi-location#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: A plan that includes cost control — Plus or Pro — and permission to view reports (your manager will know).

The multi-location report is a side-by-side comparison across all your locations — total hours, headcount, average per person, and total cost. Use it when you want to know which location is busiest, leanest, or most expensive without jumping between reports.

Open the report#

  1. In the sidebar, open Reports → Multi-location.

Filter the data#

The report always compares every location you can see — there is no location filter.

  1. Pick a range from the period dropdown in the toolbar: ‘Today’, ‘This week’, ‘Last week’, ‘This month’, ‘Last month’, ‘Last 30 days’, ‘Last 3 months’, ‘This year’, ‘Last year’, or ‘YTD’.

  2. (Optional) For a range the presets don’t cover, click the filter icon in the toolbar, choose ‘From’ (then ‘To’), set the date, and click ‘Apply’ — the dropdown switches to ‘Custom’.

Each filter you add shows as a chip under the toolbar — click the chip to change it, × to remove it, or ‘Clear’ to drop them all.

Export#

See Export a report (CSV, XLSX, PDF) for CSV, XLSX, and PDF details.

Columns on screen:

  • Location

  • Total (h)

  • People

  • Avg/person (h)

  • Total cost

The export names the middle columns Employees and Avg/employee (h).

Verify it worked#

Each row is one location. ‘Avg/person (h)’ equals ‘Total (h)’ divided by ‘People’ for that location.
