How to check your availability#
For: Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.
Open ‘My availability’ to see what you’ve already told your manager about when you can — and can’t — work.
Open My availability#
In the header, open Planning and click ‘My availability’.
The ‘Overview’ tab opens by default.
Tap More in the bottom bar.
Tap ‘Availability’.
Pull down to refresh.
What each section shows#
The overview is split into three sections:
Recurring — every recurring availability block you’ve created, with full history.
One-time — your one-off availability blocks from the last 30 days.
Unavailable — your unavailable blocks and leave requests from the last 30 days. Leave entries show their approval status.
The screen opens with ‘Upcoming in the next N days’ — the actual dates your blocks fall on over the coming window, recurring patterns already expanded. Below that come the same three sections as the web:
Recurring — each recurring block, titled by its pattern (“Every 2 weeks on Mon, Wed”).
One-time — your one-off availability blocks.
Unavailable — your unavailable blocks and every leave type (vacation, sick, unpaid, and the rest). Each row’s second line names its type.
Tap a block to open it. Rows in the upcoming section are shortcuts to the block they came from — except recurring ones, which aren’t tappable; edit the pattern in the Recurring section instead.
Approval status for leave lives on its own screen — More → ‘Leave’ → ‘Leave requests’.
Tip
If the ‘Recurring’ section is hidden and you see an “always available” banner, your account is in always-available mode. See Always-available mode.
Verify it worked#
You can see your current recurring pattern and any recent one-time or leave entries on the ‘Overview’ tab.
