How to bulk-edit shifts from the list#
For: Manager You’ll need: A selection of two or more shifts (see How to bulk-select shifts in the list).
Apply the same change to every selected shift in one form — the rows you ticked, or every shift the filter matches.
Open bulk-edit#
Build a selection — tick rows, or choose ‘Select all pages’ to take every shift the current filter matches.
In the toolbar, click ‘Edit’.
The bulk form opens with ‘Selected shifts:’ and the count at the top, followed by every selected shift. After ‘Select all pages’ that’s every matching shift across all pages of the list, not just the ones you had on screen. The full mechanics — which fields can be bulk-changed, what’s required for shared assignments — are described in How to bulk-edit shifts.
Note
With ‘Select all pages’, ‘Save’, ‘Delete’, ‘Publish’ and ‘Unpublish’ act on every shift the list’s filter matches when you click them. If any of those shifts has approved hours, the save is refused and nothing changes; ‘Delete’ keeps such shifts and removes the rest.
Verify it worked#
A success toast confirms the bulk update with the count; the changed fields show the new value across the affected rows.
