How to set the default MLP grouping#

The MLP block shows up on every Location, Person, and Position page. Each block can be grouped in two ways. Use this setting to choose the default grouping per page type. You can still toggle the grouping on the page itself; the setting is just the default.

Open your settings#

  1. Open the account menu (top-right) and click ‘Settings’.

  2. Find the ‘Assignments grouping’ section.

Set the default for each page#

  1. In the ‘Assignments grouping on location page’ dropdown, choose ‘Position’ or ‘People’.

  2. In the ‘Assignments grouping on person page’ dropdown, choose ‘Location’ or ‘Position’.

  3. In the ‘Assignments grouping on position page’ dropdown, choose ‘Location’ or ‘People’.

Save#

Click ‘Save’.

Verify it worked#

Open a Location, a Person, or a Position page. The MLP block opens in the grouping you chose. The toggle on the page still works for one-off changes — your default kicks in on the next visit.
