How to view your account overview#
For: Manager | Shift worker | Admin You’ll need: Nothing.
The account overview shows your email, your role, and every company (membership) you belong to.
Open the account overview#
Open the account dropdown (top-right).
Click ‘Account’.
What’s on this page:
Your primary email address.
Each membership you have, with the company name, your role, and your status (Active / Pending / Inactive / Suspended).

There’s no account page as such in the app — the same facts are spread over the Settings tab.
Tap Settings in the bottom bar.
Under Account, the ‘Profile’ row shows the email you’re signed in with, and the ‘Organization’ row shows the company you’re working in right now.
Tap ‘Organization’ to see every company you belong to, each with your role and its country.
Changing your password or your email addresses isn’t possible in the app — use the browser for those.
Verify it worked#
Every company you belong to is listed under ‘Company access’ on the web, and under Settings → ‘Organization’ in the app. To switch which one is currently active, see How to switch between companies.
