How to view and filter the timesheet#

For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.

You’ll open the timesheet, narrow it down to the rows you want, and sort them. Your filter and sort selections are remembered the next time you open the page.

Open the timesheet#

  1. In the left sidebar, go to Planning → Management → Timesheet.

You see one row per finished shift, with the scheduled times, the actual clock-in / clock-out, the attendance flag, and the workflow status.

Filter the list#

Open the ‘Filters’ panel above the table and choose any combination of:

  • ‘Has attendance’ — show only rows that have a clock-in / clock-out recorded, or only rows that don’t.

  • ‘Status’‘Published’, ‘Submitted’, or ‘Approved’.

  • ‘Person’ — one or more people.

  • ‘Location’ — one or more locations.

  • ‘Position’ — one or more positions.

  • ‘Date’ — a start and end date.

Click ‘Apply’. The page reloads with the filtered rows and your filters stay set the next time you open the page.

Sort the list#

Click a column header to sort the list by that column. You can sort by:

  • ‘Date’

  • ‘Person’

  • ‘Location’

  • ‘Status’

Click the same header again to flip the direction.

Page through the results#

Long lists are paginated. Use the page controls at the bottom of the table to step through the pages.

Verify it worked#

The row count above the table reflects your filters, and the active sort column is highlighted in the header. Reloading the page or coming back later keeps the same view.
