How to read the shift status badge#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
Each row in the shift list ends with a colour-coded chip showing where the shift sits in its lifecycle.
What the colours mean#
‘Draft’ — visible to managers only. Workers don’t see it on their schedule yet.
‘Published’ — visible to assigned workers; published shifts show on their personal schedule and in notifications.
‘Cancelled’ — kept for record but no longer expected to happen.
Note
A shift becomes ‘Published’ when you publish it through the Publish horizon or directly from the shift edit form.
