Three things live here. Work rules define daily and weekly limits, overtime tiers, and pay premiums for a country and state. Break rules define when a break is required, how long it is, and whether it’s paid. Time compensation is the read-only ledger of credit hours that build up — mostly from Swiss night-work — and any manual adjustments HR adds to it.
