How to read the eligibility badges#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
Each candidate in the assignment dropdown shows badges that tell you whether assigning them is safe, risky, or blocked.
Badge types#
- Blocking error (red)
The assignment is rejected if you save with this person. Common causes: a required skill is missing, the person is not in the MLP pool, the person is already on another shift at the same time.
- Warning (amber)
The assignment is allowed but you should know about a conflict. Common causes: an availability block, a labor-law breach (rest-break or rest-period rule), an overtime threshold.
- No badge
No conflicts detected — the candidate is fully qualified, available, and within the rules.
