Attendance#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Permission to view reports (your manager will know).

The attendance report flags shifts where someone arrived late, came in early, left early, forgot to clock out, or didn’t show up. Use it for follow-up conversations and to spot patterns before they become problems.

Open the report#

  1. In the left sidebar, click ‚Reports‘.

  2. On the Reports landing page, click the ‚Attendance‘ card.

Filter the data#

  1. In the ‚Start date‘ and ‚End date‘ fields, set the date range.

  2. (Optional) Open the ‚Location‘ dropdown and pick one or more locations.

  3. (Optional) Open the ‚Person‘ dropdown and pick one or more people.

  4. (Optional) Open the ‚Issue type‘ dropdown and pick one or more flags: ‚On time‘, ‚Late‘, ‚Early arrival‘, ‚Early leave‘, ‚Missed clock-out‘, ‚No-show‘.

  5. Click ‚Apply filters‘.

To start over, click ‚Clear‘.

Tipp

To see only the problem shifts, leave ‚On time‘ out of the issue-type filter. Everything that remains is something to look at.

Each row is one shift. The flag columns (‚Late‘, ‚Early arrival‘, ‚Early leave‘, ‚Missed clock-out‘, ‚No-show‘) are yes/no markers; the matching ‚(min)‘ columns show by how much.
