How to view your availability overview#
For: Shift worker You’ll need: Nothing.
The overview tab summarises your availability in three sections.
Open it#
Go to My availability in the left sidebar.
The ‚Overview‘ tab is selected by default.
What you see#
- Recurring availability
Your full history of recurring availability rules — every weekly / monthly pattern you’ve set.
- One-time availability
One-off availability windows from the last 30 days.
- Unavailable / leave
Any unavailable blocks and approved or pending leave from the last 30 days.
Verify it worked#
Each section shows a list of blocks (or „Nothing yet“ if empty).
