How to multi-select shifts with a lasso#
For: Manager You’ll need: A bunch of shifts in a contiguous area.
Lasso a rectangular area to select every shift inside it at once.
Lasso the shifts#
Hold ‚Alt‘ (‚Option‘ on macOS).
Click and drag across an empty area of the calendar.
Release the mouse.
Every shift the lasso intersects is added to the selection. The toolbar shows ‚Selected shifts (n)‘ with the count.
Verify it worked#
Each shift inside the dragged area has a selection outline and the toolbar shows the matching count.
