Delete skills#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Skills no longer needed.

You’ll remove one or many skills at once. Removing a skill clears it from every person who held it and from every position that required it.

Delete one skill#

  1. Go to Company → Skills in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the skill.

  3. Click ‚Delete‘.

  4. In the ‚Delete skill?‘ dialog, click ‚Delete skill‘.

Delete many at once#

  1. On the skills list, tick the checkbox at the start of each row you want to remove.

  2. Click ‚Delete selected‘ above the table.

  3. In the ‚Delete skills?‘ dialog, confirm.

Warnung

Deleting a skill removes it from all assigned people and from all positions that required it. There is no undo.

Verify it worked#

The skill (or skills) no longer appear at Company → Skills.
