Delete employment types

Delete employment types#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Employment types you no longer use.

You’ll remove one or many employment types at once.

Delete one#

  1. Go to Company → Employment types in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the employment type.

  3. Click ‚Delete‘.

  4. In the ‚Delete employment type?‘ dialog, click ‚Delete employment type‘.

Delete many at once#

  1. On the list, tick the checkbox at the start of each row.

  2. Click ‚Delete selected‘ above the table.

  3. In the ‚Delete employment types?‘ dialog, confirm.

Warnung

People assigned to a deleted employment type lose the link. Reassign them first if you still need their contract reference.

Verify it worked#

The employment type (or types) no longer appear at Company → Employment types.
