How to view the availability calendar#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
The availability calendar overlays everyone’s availability and unavailability blocks on one calendar — the same view modes as the Shift calendar.
Open it#
Go to Planning → Availability in the left sidebar.
The calendar loads with your last-used view, filters, and toggles.
Verify it worked#
You see a calendar with availability blocks (one block per person per period) overlaid on the date grid.
