How to rename a tenant#
For: Admin You’ll need: Owner role on the tenant you want to rename.
You’ll change the display name of one of your tenants. The new name shows up everywhere — header, account overview, exports, invoices.
Open the Manage tenants page#
Open the account dropdown (top-right) and click ‚Account‘.
In the sign-in service, click ‚Manage tenants‘.
Rename the tenant#
Find the tenant you want to rename in the list.
In its row, edit the ‚Name‘ field.
Click ‚Save‘.
Verify it worked#
The new name appears in the row, in the company badge in the Shiftavo header (top-left), and on your account overview.
