The app is slow or unresponsive#

Shiftavo feels sluggish, the calendar takes ages to draw, or a click does nothing for several seconds.
Check four possibilities#
Refresh the browser tab. Long-running tabs accumulate state. A hard refresh (Ctrl/Cmd + Shift + R) usually fixes it.
Clear your filters. Heavy filter combinations on a large date range force the server to scan more data. Click ‚Clear all filters‘ and shrink the visible range.
Switch to a lighter view. Roster timeline views (‚Roster week timeline‘, ‚Roster month‘) render every person row and every shift block. ‚Month grid‘ (
dayGridMonth) is much lighter. Use the calendar view dropdown to switch.Check your connection. A flaky network looks like a slow app. Try another site; if everything’s slow, the problem is upstream.
