Timesheet report#
For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Permission to view reports (your manager will know).
The timesheet report shows per-shift detail — what was scheduled, what actually happened, which premiums kicked in, and whether the shift was approved. Use it when the totals in Hours summary don’t add up and you need to see the underlying shifts.

In the left sidebar, click ‚Reports‘.
On the Reports landing page, click the ‚Timesheet report‘ card.

Verify it worked#
Each row is one shift. ‚Variance‘ is ‚Worked‘ minus ‚Scheduled‘ — a positive number means the person stayed longer; a negative one means they left early. The ‚Sunday‘, ‚Night‘, and ‚Holiday‘ columns show how much of the shift fell into each premium window.
