Add a skill to a person#
For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: At least one skill defined — see Add a skill.
You’ll attach a skill to a person at a chosen level. If the skill is a certification, you can also set an expiration date.
Open the skills section#
Go to Company → People in the left sidebar.
Open the person.
Expand the ‚Skills‘ section.
Add the skill#
Click ‚Add skill‘.
Open the ‚Skill‘ dropdown and pick one.
Choose a ‚Level‘ — one of ‚Beginner‘, ‚Advanced‘, ‚Professional‘, or ‚Certified‘.
(Optional) For certifications, pick an ‚Expiration date‘.
Click ‚Save‘.
Verify it worked#
The skill appears in the ‚Skills‘ section with its level badge. Certifications carry a ‚Cert‘ badge; expired ones get an additional ‚Expired‘ badge.
