Add a skill to a person#

For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: At least one skill defined — see Add a skill.

You’ll attach a skill to a person at a chosen level. If the skill is a certification, you can also set an expiration date.

Open the skills section#

  1. Go to Company → People in the left sidebar.

  2. Open the person.

  3. Expand the ‚Skills‘ section.

Add the skill#

  1. Click ‚Add skill‘.

  2. Open the ‚Skill‘ dropdown and pick one.

  3. Choose a ‚Level‘ — one of ‚Beginner‘, ‚Advanced‘, ‚Professional‘, or ‚Certified‘.

  4. (Optional) For certifications, pick an ‚Expiration date‘.

  5. Click ‚Save‘.

Verify it worked#

The skill appears in the ‚Skills‘ section with its level badge. Certifications carry a ‚Cert‘ badge; expired ones get an additional ‚Expired‘ badge.
