How to reset your password#

For: Manager | Shift worker | Admin You’ll need: Access to your account email inbox.

You’ll request a password reset and set a new password.

Request the reset#

  1. Go to the Shiftavo login page.

  2. Click ‚Forgot password‘.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Click ‚Send reset link‘.

Set a new password#

  1. Open the reset email and click ‚Reset password‘.

  2. Enter a new password.

  3. Re-enter it to confirm.

  4. Click ‚Save password‘.

Verify it worked#

You can log in with the new password. The reset link is invalidated as soon as you’ve used it.

Tipp

Reset links expire — request a new one if it’s been more than a few hours.
