How to read the day-detail breakdown#
For: Manager You’ll need: Nothing.
The day-detail page sorts every person into one of three buckets and shows a capacity strip across the day.
The three buckets#
- Full
The person is available for the entire day (or has a recurring availability covering it).
- Partial
The person is available for some of the day but not all of it.
- None
The person has no availability for this day, or has an unavailability / leave block covering it.
The hourly capacity strip#
Above each bucket sits a strip showing how many people are available at each hour. Use it to spot the moments in the day when capacity dips.
