How to export the calendar to PDF#
For: Manager You’ll need: A calendar view with at least one shift.
Print or share the schedule by exporting the current view (with active filters) to PDF.
Export#
Set the view, date range, and filters you want.
In the toolbar, click ‚Export PDF‘.
A PDF download starts. The PDF reflects exactly what’s on screen — same view mode, same date range, same filters.
Verify it worked#
The browser downloads a PDF file. Open it to confirm the layout matches the calendar view.
