Multi-location#
For: Manager | Admin You’ll need: Permission to view reports (your manager will know).
The multi-location report is a side-by-side comparison across all your locations — total hours, headcount, average per employee, and total cost. Use it when you want to know which location is busiest, leanest, or most expensive without jumping between reports.
Open the report#
In the left sidebar, click ‚Reports‘.
On the Reports landing page, click the ‚Multi-location‘ card.
Filter the data#
In the ‚Start date‘ and ‚End date‘ fields, set the date range.
(Optional) Open the ‚Location‘ dropdown and pick the locations you want in the comparison.
Click ‚Apply filters‘.
To start over, click ‚Clear‘.
Export#

Columns in this report:
Location
Total hours
Employees
Avg/employee
Total cost
Verify it worked#
Each row is one location. ‚Avg/employee‘ equals ‚Total hours‘ divided by ‚Employees‘ for that location.
