How to view the template calendar#
For: Manager You’ll need: At least one schedule template — see How to create a schedule template.
The template calendar is a dedicated calendar that holds only the shifts inside a chosen template.
Open it#
Go to Planning → Template calendar in the left sidebar.
The calendar loads with your last-selected template (or empty if none picked yet).
Verify it worked#
You see a calendar grid with the chosen template name shown in the toolbar.
