How to manage billing#

For: Admin You’ll need: Owner role on the tenant. An active or trialing subscription.

You’ll open the Stripe Billing Portal to update your subscription, download invoices, change your payment method, or cancel.

Open billing#

  1. Open the account dropdown (top-right) and click ‚Account‘.

  2. In the sign-in service, click ‚Billing‘.

  1. Click ‚Manage billing‘.

Shiftavo creates a Stripe portal session and redirects you to it.

What you can do in the portal#

  • Change the plan or seat count on your subscription.

  • Update the payment method.

  • Download past invoices and receipts.

  • Update your billing email and address.

  • Cancel the subscription (you’ll keep access until the period end — see How trials and grace periods work).

When you’re done, click ‚Return to Shiftavo‘ at the top of the portal.

Verify it worked#

Any change you make in the portal takes effect immediately. Cancellations show up on your tenant as ‚Cancels at period end‘ until the end of the billing period; after that the tenant enters the grace flow described in How trials and grace periods work.
