What Shiftavo does#

Shiftavo is a shift-management platform for businesses with shift workers — restaurants, retail, healthcare, hospitality. Managers plan shifts on a calendar, publish them to staff, then track attendance, leave, and payroll on the same data.

The product covers:

  • Scheduling — calendar, recurring shifts, schedule templates.

  • Coverage — hour-by-hour staffing grid with eligibility checks.

  • Availability — workers submit when they can and can’t work; managers see overlap.

  • Time tracking — clock-in / clock-out, attendance flags, manager approval.

  • Leave — policies, balances, requests, EFZG-style spell tracking.

  • Compliance — work-rule overtime tiers, break rules, country / state holidays.

  • Reports & payroll — twelve reports with CSV / XLSX / PDF exports.

Who uses what#

  • Owner / Admin — sets up the company (locations, positions, rules, holidays, employment types), manages billing

  • Manager — plans the schedule, approves time and leave, runs reports.
